Terrible customer service

Just called the 10217 call centre to log a faulty Adsl line for our Kimberley branch I'm situated in CT. I log all calls for all our offices nationally so this was not the first time I did this. I spoke to Jan Vermeulen who refused to log the call as I was not based in Kimberley * I had done all the technical test prior to logging the call* or to send a technician out even after I confirmed we will cover the call out charges if it was not a Telkom fault. He had the worst attitude I have no idea how someone like this can work in customer service. I spoke to his supervisor Theunis who then asked him to assist me. He tested the line for our Kimberley office 0538713129 and said it was working. I called our office again the line is still down and the Modem is showing that there is no internet connection. Please can a proper customer service consultant contact me or can a tech be sent to our office in Kimberley to resolve the matter.
I seriously think this Jan Vermuelen should be working on the road and not answering customer queries. He has no customer service skills what so ever.
