I emailed their coverage area saying no one can contact me when i am at work. so Andre send a letter to customer care to say they can cancel my contract. this was sent to their retentions dept who was suppose to contact me when it was done. I have been emailing them since 2 Jan when i got back to work. The letter from Andre was sent in December. I got a email from them saying it was sent to retentions and they will phone me back. I HAVE HAD NO CALLS. and to make it worse everything is on the system with reference numbers but the one time i did phone retentions did not have a clue what was going on saying they never got a letter. I emailed customer service saying what they saidthey responded that the letter was send and gave the reference number, copied and copied in retentions from their side. All their retentions dept come back with is please use these details to make contact. when you do, they don't even bother to phone you back. i have been trying to get this sorted while on leave where i can sometimes be contacted if the signal allows but nothing has been done. i have emailed customer care asking where i can hand in my sim because i am taking it out and canceling my debit order.
