It's over a month and I have not received any feedback or acknowledgment regarding the below enquiry. Once again cell-c tried to debit my account on the 31 AUG13. I am not aware that I owe cell-c any amount to the value of R2 994.66, It is totally unacceptable that cell-c would attempt to debit my account without informing me. This has caused me financially because some debit orders have returned due to cell trying to debit my account. Response from cell: Kindly be advised that the query has being escalated to the Legal department, one of our consultant will contact you within 48hours, the reference number is 1309 0200 0023 0728. This on Friday 6 SEP 13. Called them today (10 Sep 13) - I have been transferred from the Customer service dept - "legal dept - retentions (13091000000025992) - Customer service (13091000000069676) - retentions (1309100000074180). Still no answers! What does one have to do to get a simple answer out of this company!
