On renewing my contract for another 2 years at the hydepark MTN where the consultant thought i was due to get reward for my services as a loyal customer. The hydepark consultant literally had to beg the retentions dept to give me an incentive for being with MTN since mtn was established, my question why did they have to beg? thus after much begging the retentions dept decided to give me a free month free subscription WOW.that was suppose to happen 2 months ago but still no joy. SOOO i have had no joy from customer and retentions dept. I have tried TODAY to get a fax no where i can send this letter but customer service kept giving me the wrong fax no as if they dint want this fax to get to management.
