Job card: BKWIC3498840. I handed in the phone on 13 May at Boksburg and was told that it would be ready the next day. On my arrival I was told it was sent to Midrand for repairs and will be ready in 3 days. Since then I phoned and visited MTN on various occasions as I am being told the phone is ready. On each occasion however I am informed that nobody knows where the phone is. Today is the 27th of May and I still don't have the phone. Each time I travel 40km for nothing and the call centre is useless as they promise to call me back, but I have not received one call yet. Once again as on a few previous occasions MTN lived up to its reputation of pathetic service. I wonder if the bosses know they have such incompetent employees.
