On 8/1/14 hand in phone for repairs at MTN Repairs Boksburg. Will be ready in 5-7 days. Phone on 13/1 at 9:23 - "WAITING FOR SPARE PARTS TO REPAIR - NO IDEA WHEN READY". Phone on 14/1 at 9:19 - "SEND TO MIDRAND". Phone on 15/1 at 14:50 - "STILL AT REPAIR CENTRE". Phone on 16/1 at 12:50 - "TECHNICIAN IS WORKING ON IT AS WE SPEAK". Phone again on 17/1 at 9:09 - "STILL WITH TECHNICIAN". Phone again at 12:15 - "WAITING FOR TECHNICIAN TO CHECK". Discussion discontinued when I insist to speak to Serah the supervisor. Phone again at 12:23 - " NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE OR MANAGER" - discontinue from call centre side.
Who is lying here? I get different answers all the time - then it is in and working on it then nobody is working on it etc.
This phone is now for almost 10 days in their hands and nobody can tell me what is going on because I talk to incompetent call centre staff who reads what a computer tells them or makes up their own stories. I AM FED-UP WITH MTN!
