Extremely bad service

My wife has a cellular contract with this company and every month or so they suspend her account. According to them she doesn't pay her account. We have phoned them on more than one occasion to set-up a debit order and they have even confirmed that they have the correct banking information but they still suspend her account. We have now decided to pay the account by bank deposit but they still suspend her account even after the payment has been made. We have spoken to their customer service agents, people in the accounts department but to no avail. I don't know where they get these employs but they know nothing about customer service, they either cannot understand why it is happening that her account keeps being suspended or they just don't know! On most occasions they say they will get back to us but they never do, when you ask to speak to a supervisor, the phone either gets dropped or they put you through but the phone keeps ringing until you have to put it down yourself. This company has given us nothing but grief, they are very unprofessional and their staff are incompetent, they are a disgrace.
