I was referred by the Canal Walk MTN branch to visit the MTN store opposite Checkers in the Cape Gate Shopping Centre as I would find a data consultant there who will be able to assist me with my Android Google Play Store data issue that I've been experiencing.
What a pleasant experience it has been dealing with the gentleman at the store, Juriaan Engelbrecht!
When I initially arrived at the store, he was sitting at the welcome desk and when asked if he was the data consultant that I was sent there to see, he was surprised and bashful at the fact that he would be seen as such.
Well, after my experience, I definitely concur with him being a data consultant!
He assisted me brilliantly by troubleshooting and ascertaining the problem with my Android Play Store data that I've been experiencing.
He was able to find the problem fast, indicating a level of knowledge beyond that of the average assistant / consultant and helped me in a friendly and professional manner.
I definitely recommend him to help sort out whatever issue you may be experiencing with your phone!
