I log a complain with Helo Peter on the 21/12/2012 about Vodacom that give me a faulty Blackberry and I return it within 7 days.
As per e-mail received from Helo Peter on the 21/12/2012 -
Vodacom acknowledges receipt of my complain and a consultant will make contact with me in due course.
How long do I have to wait for Vodacom to contact me.
What about the new Consumer act that say if return within 7 days it needs to be replace or taken backThis is now more than 1 months since I got the Blackberry and would like this sorted out.
