I am having endless difficulties picking up both voice and data services on my iPhone 5. The problem occurs all the time, every day, throughout the day. It is not dependant on where I am as it happens at various different locations through Gauteng. The fault is either exceptionally poor service from Cell C or there is problem with the handset.
So far the CellC experience has been very poor as when I used MTN or Vodacom at least I could get cell reception and data. My wife uses the phone and I cannot accept an unreliable service. If this cannot be resolved I would request that my contract be cancelled without any penalties. I will gladly return the phone which is basically an expensive paperweight!
Please investigate and let me know as soon as possible what steps can be taken to resolve the matter.
