My boyfriend lost his phone and after a few calls to the call center (as i didnt have the IMEI and cell number etc) i eventually got the incident report i had to fill in with proper instructions and help from the 3 different people that helped me.
very good start to a situation, so i thank you for that.
i sincerely hope though, that this level of service and speedy responses will continue through the claim stages and that i dont need to come back in a weeks time and change my report.
