I recently upgraded 2 of my 3 contracts with cell c and on the day after receiving the phone i tried to contact them to no avail when i finally got hold of them i informed them of the dust build up between the screen and the cover and that the phone was a DEMO REPAIR MODEL. I told them i am paying for a NEW phone so i want a NEW phone not a DEMO REPAIR MODEL. They told me that they would collect the phone. When they eventually collected the phone i gave them 10 days before i eventually phoned them back to find out what was going on.

After the 4th attempt i eventually spoke to them and was politely told "Yes the phone has been received but has not been assessed as yet phone again next week MAYBE it will be done by then". I contacted the cell c Facebook page where i was told the following "Please avail the OBF reference number, the handset's IMEI number and your contact details via inbox. We will follow up on the status of the OBF and revert with feedback soonest. Apologies for the delay. Regards Cell C | TK"

When i told them i dont have and OBF number or the IMEI number coz i dont have the info all communication stoped. I am now considering cancelation of that contract!!!
