Our business adsl has been pathetic for the last 2 months we reported this issue to Telkom and it has been escalated yet we are still sitting with slow and erratic internet connectivity, other businesses in the area are having the exact same issue.
So when is Telkom planning to do something about this as we are suffering financial loss and would like to know whether Telkom can be held responsible for same!!??!!
