You guys don't even notify me that payment had failed, instead i get an sms to say account will be suspended, I call and they say ok they wont suspend the account as NO ONE tried to contact me about the funds not debiting.
Keenan then confirms and says he will take care of it, fine understand.
Then i get transferred to the billing side to check my MB that's i have left, the guy tells me i have 300MB more than i am suppose to, as I called to buy data for my phone but as a once off, but instead they sign me up for a month to month instead of telling me, when i clearly stated i wanted a once off thing.
They then tell me they will investigate and add a credit as they just added the amount to my monthly payments, and STILL I have not heard back from them.
So my account got suspended on Friday 24 May, they called me finally.. and I said they MUST unsuspended it and process a debit for the full amount ASAP, still i am waiting for them to take the money and on top of that i get billed and additional R50 for late payment, when actually it wasn't my fault, as no one notified me AT ALL
NOW AGAIN I HAVE NO FEEDBACK FROM YOU!! and nothing has debited STILL..
