Billing crisis worse than City of Joburg accounts

I have been billed every month on a debit order for my account with Autopage. However over the past 2 months i have received a message saying that my phone is going to be suspended for lack of payment, it then gets suspended.

I have sent through my bank statements as proof that the account was debited from mine twice now. In my latest battle, Autopage tried to bill me for the past 3 months combined saying they havent received payment although it clearly shows AUTOPAGE MIDRAND on my account with the amount debited.

I have collectively spent 2 hours on the phone to these guys and still it has not been fixed.

Here is a novel idea to make money. Set up a cellular provider that actually works!
