Content Charge

I was charged an amount for "content charge" for a service that I did not subscribe to. They do not want to reverse the charge and said I must contact the billing company. I wanted a guarantee that this will not happen in future again as I do not subscribe to anything on my phone, but they said they could not guarantee that.
