I had a content charge on my bill that i was complaining about. Then this morning my line was suspended because i didnt pay that amount because i felt i shouldnt pay for a service i didnt subscribe to. I called the call centre and a usual they were a bit disappointing, but eventually agreed to reopen my line.
Now i got a call and an email to confirm that they will credit that amount so that i dont have my line suspended again.
I guess i will be staying with my favourite Network after all.
