For 2 weeks I've been trying to get my router and internet setup at home. Each time I called the help desk I was given a different set of instructions and none of which worked but I was told each time that my connection is working on Afrihost's side. Well HELLO, it aint working on my side so how is that gonna help me. I was also told by one support staff that its a fault with my windows software and I must get help elsewhere. So I no longer want anything to do with Afrihost and I want my money back as its all been a waste and best re-word your website because you support desk is not helpfully and set up is not easy at all!!!
