On the 02nd Jan, i booked my phone in for repairs and till today have not received the phone back, i had an amount to pay which was paid the last Friday and emailed proof of payment immediately, and they promised that the phone will be dispached back to the shop between 24 - 48 hours today is more than 48hours no one has come back to me and i really need that phone.
