EXCHANGEDPHONE FROM BLACK BERRY TO S4, WORST MISTAK

My phone broke, took it for repairs on the 28.10.13, received a call that it cant be fixed because the value to fix it is 50% more than its value so the insurance opted to give me a new phone, on the 04.11.03 i went to the shop was assisted to chose another phone, i choose s4 so the contract had to be changed to suit the new phone set im using which i was told it is done.immediately when i switching the phone on i got an sms to say i have reached 90 % of the call limit, which could not be possible as i was not using any phone from the 01.11.13. called their service line 082 111 i spoke to about 10 agent that tells me a different story everytime. half of them told me the query has been processed to the IT department and my query will be sorted within 24 hours, from the 04 till today the 7th my phone is still not working, i have paid the 10% of the value phone and made a sim swap for a micro sim but the phone is not working.i went back to the store several times and no one is helping me im so frustrated i cant make a call, send an sms, use whatsapp or do anything with the new phone and no one is helping me. I NEED MY BROKEN PHONE BACK AT LEAST IT WORKS DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS S4
