I called MTN insurance for my new phone delivery, Herbert promised to get back to me and he said he will send me a detailed email on how will i get my phone and promised that all will be sorted by Friday, till today there's no email, no call nothing and accessing them its so so so difficult you hold their line for more than 30 minutes, and you wont get help, cos they are also not callable, from the cellphone. Mind you my phone was returned back to the stores on the 15th of October by the repair services, but till now i don't have my phone with me
