Dispatching of my phone

I have been a customer of MTN for over 10 years. I sent my blackberry 9900 in for repairs on the 11/02/2013. They sent a message to say the phone was done and would be despatched upon payment. I paid the amount of R1942 which is a large amount on the 04/03/2013. I do understand that payment takes 48 hours to reflect from bank to bank so by wed it should have reflected and my phone should have been despatched upon payment as said.By thurs i was already fed up as money is quickly taken but services are not quickly delivered. I phoned MTN repairs AGAIN on thursday and they escalated a lodge of priority. Friday they still had not despatched my phone. Monday - today - my phone has still not been despatched. We have had many phones repaired with MTN and it has never taken this long to have the phone returned upon payment - it is unacceptable! My job number is 1-6473894045. Please can i have my phone returned i have even offered to collect it that is how fed up i am which i was told i am not allowed to. Many thanks Natasha
