I have had problems with my internet connection since 1 Jan 2013, I have since logged 2 faults with Telkom as I am paying for a 4MB line but its only connecting at 0.6-0.8MB. Every time I log a fault with their online tool or via their call centre they either check to see the line connect irrespective of how fast its connecting and then close the call, or they promise to call back which never happens.
