I am wowed by the friendly, sufficient and excellent service from MTN Canal Walk (walk-in-store).
On reporting the fault on my scroller on Tuesday 21/05/2013 @ 17:30, I was immediately assisted with a friendly smile, and receive an sms on Friday 24/05/2013 that I can collect the phone.
Even though I was given an estimation of 1 and a half weeks to 2 weeks, and to top it off I was given a refurbished phone (^^, ) How coool is that :)
Keep it up MTN!!! IM LOVING MTN FOR DAYZZZ
