Contract nightmare for 17 months

I have logged a compliant on hello peter on 29/02/2012 regarding a suspicious billing for data download on my October 2011 bill. this was for the download of 111mb when i recieved the phone, and it was off. when i contacted Cell C the day after this happened, they told me they would resolve it.By jan 2012 they told me they will not give me the info i require, for it has nothing to do with me, and must just be settled. i refused to pay that one month's bill untill resolved. i paid every bill there after until en march 2012, when i contacted Cell C, and was told my contract has been taken off their system and does not exist anymore. i stopped payment, as no one could give me billing info or overdue amounts. i did not hear a word from Cell C since march 2012. then on 11-03-2013 i get a call from Pholosa Attorneys stating i owe Cell C /- R7000 for my active cellphone account which i refuse to pay, as per Cell C. Cell C also stated that i never logged any queries regarding my acount, and they know off nothing. i had to send all the correspondence between myself and Cell C to the lawyers. they are now also not returning my mails. i will not pay for airtime i never recieved.
