Customer Administration Agent, witch was impressive, who promissed to sort everything out. A couple of days later and after my wife made a cash payment her accaount was debited for the same bill witch she paid in cash! He didn't do his work! We contacted the cell c customer service where we were told that her cash payment wasn't received AFTER!!! She sent them 3 emails containing the bank deposit slip and cell c smsed her telling her they received her payment. How can they tell her that her payment wasn't received after they send her an sms to thank her for the cash payment! She was also promissed to be contacted within 2 working days and wasnt!
