So i called 8ta's call center & complained about the terrible network quality at my house. I was helped by a gentleman who's name I cant remember, but I do recall getting excellent service from him. He was clear & concise and highly efficient. I called on the 16/05 and received a reference number 5990537 and was told it should be dealt with within 72 hours. So i waited a week and still no service. After the wonderful service i received from the gentleman on the phone i expected the service department to be just as efficient. Clearly i was wrong.
If Telkom/8ta could please find the time to sort out this issue, it would be much appreciated.
