I called 8.ta cutomer services, with regards to settling and paying up our business contracts, I was put through to Phumzile Mpofu, in 8.ta billing and accounts division, I receieved the most efficient, precisew and concise information that I required. the agent knew exactly what I was talking about, she gave me the toatl amount due to settle the account, as well as emailed me the required information, while I was still on the line with her, only once I have recieved the email did she disconnect the call. A job well done to Phumzile, I must commend you on your excellent listening and speaking skills. 8.ta should recruit more consultants of phumzile's calibre. excellent service recieved.
