Fast and Efficient Service

As a person that has always heard bad things about Telkom's service i felt that i should share this story of great service.

Last Night i came home to find that my Telkom line had noise on the line and that i could not connect to my ADSL.

After trying to connect over and over i gave up and went to bed. This morning i got up and remembered that i have Telkom's Android app on my phone. So i decided to log a fault on it. Immediately after logging the fault i received an sms with my reference number: 7CWK190313

I then received a call from a Telkom employee who asked if i was available to have him come over and see to the problem. Unfortunately i was not available and he said that he would try to fix it from outside of my house. I can't remember the man's name but would like to thank him and any other staff that may have worked on the line also as when i came home today both the line and my adsl was fixed.
