I am a subscriber of You magazine but had not received my last issue. When I contacted the call center, I dealt with a very helpful efficient lady (wish I could remember her name!!) who got the missing issue delivered to me by hand, only a few hours after I had called! Now that's what I call excellent service :) keep up the great work!
