Thank you Telkom. I phoned on Monday afternoon around 3pm and spoke to a helpful assistant about a faulty telephone and adsl line (could not hear her name). I received regular sms messages informing me of what was happening. Yesterday at about 3pm a technician arrived to sort out the problem - after a few trips between my house and the box, he had located and fixed the problem. I never expected the service to be that quick and efficient.
Now if only I could get my 3g card I've been waiting for, for the last few months... I'd really be over the moon!
