On 14 May I reported a faulty tel line. On Sunday 19 May a technician phoned at 10h00. I said I will be at home at 16h00. No one came. I reported the faulty line at Tygervalley, on the internet, and my husband reported the poor servce on Hello Peter a few days ago, still no reponse.
It is unacceptable. We have been without a landline for almost 2 weeks and no one even came to our house to check the line. Our emergency line to ADT also does not work.
Do I need to pay rental if there is no service!!!
