Reported Faulty Line

We have reported the faulty telephone line on the 27th of January 2014, spoke to a lady in Bloemfontein and received a reference number. Till today nobody attended to the complain and the line is still not working. It is almost 2 weeks now and we must still pay for the service and rental.
