Been without a phone yet again. No feedback after a month, no one had the common sense to view the insurance option. Went into the shop and had to complete the Insurance forms on 18th of May. Still no feedback. Walked into the store. Angelique has a really bad attitude after she said the insurance division would phone me within 2 day. Started rolling her eyes and mumbling to other staff member. Spoke to Dean, the assistant manager who listened to me then walked away without assisting. There is no customer service after the contract is signed.
