Apparently my phone is missing/returned/in-transit/at the warehouse/on the way to the couriers... These are the answers I have been getting from you wonderful sales department, along with the not my department answer.
I was promised a delivery this morning, haven't received it. I was promised a call first thing this morning, haven't received that either.

This is the previous complaint laid, was promised a call then, I am still waiting. If the phone is not delivered today I request that the contract be cancelled with immediate effect. If you refuse to do so I will reverse any debit order from you.
I have also reported this situation to the Ombudsman.
Please contact me ASAP with a solution, not a fact finding call. I spent close to 40min on the phone yesterday trying to straighten this out, I am tired and I am fed-up.
