Your agent put the phone down on me

I just received the most horrific service from one of your call centre agents, he obviously got up on the wrong side of the bed. I placed an order for a phone through Cell C Direct on Saturday, it got approved and I was promised a call back on Tuesday to advise of the status. To date I haven't heard anything so I called and spoke to the agent this complaint is about. He said that the application was only approved yesterday, contrary to what was said on Saturday. I KNOW the delivery time is within 7 working days, but, I was promised a call back that didnt happen. He was extremely condescending, and was not at all interested in helping me. When I asked for his name, he cut the call and put me through to the rating service. I want an apology from this excuse of a call centre agent, it was simply disgusting service! And then I want to know where my phone is and I want a specific day when it will be delivered. The call took place at around 09:35 this morning.
