Terrible Service, Rude and No Feedback

Cell C in the V&A Waterfront is a disgrace. Went there on 3rd May to get the Galaxy S4 on contract. Filled in all the paperwork etc. Was informed that they are out of stock but said they will be getting stock in on the following Tues (7th May) and that he would call me. Tues came and went and no phone call. I called back on Thurs (9th May) to find out whats going on. I was then told that they would be getting stock in on that Friday or Saturday and that I would get my phone then. I have been calling every couple of days since then and I cannot get an answer from anyone other than I am on the waiting list. I would like to know where I am on the waiting list. Was told I was NOT A PRIORITY as there are people before me. When customers are told THEIR stock is coming on a certain day then it should be on that day that they get it. If not a simple phone call to explain. I spoke to Jody today. I asked her very nicely to please take my details and check for me. She took my number down then immediately said "goodbye" and hang up. When I phoned back she very rude. Interrupted me with a sarcastic "HELLO" while I was talking to her.

I am shocked at the level of customer service.
