I have a contract with MTN for my data bundle of 2gigs per month for 199. however this month I got a bill of R1239.18. When I called their customer care the lady tell me that I have to pay the R1239.18. And I keep telling her that I signed a contract for R199.Told me that on the system the line is not entered as a top up> its only the top up that cut connection once your 2gig is finished. I keep telling her that I do not know how their system works or why she entered it like that on the system, and who is to blame your her incompetence. NOT me why should i pay for her mistakes or incompetence. MTN should take responsibility.
