Upgraded in Jan 2012, 3 months later phone gave problems - got a refurbished phone - was not infromed that it would void the 2 year warranty on the phone.
Since then we have been back to Vodaworld in Midrand 4 times with the same problems with the phone - evertime we are just given a refurbished phone.
My husband is on the road 8 hours a day and does all his work from his blackberry.
The phone has now been haned in a 5th time and already it is a week that he is not able to address email as they arrive.
I want Vodacom to either give hime a brand new phone or cancell the contract with immediate effect. I am not willing to pay a settlement to get his contract cancelled.
I have already closed to of my accounts with vodacom in the last 2 months and at this rate they are losing my two main contract next year - which between the 2 of them bill R 1400.00 currently
