I just received the most distrubing phone call from MTN asking if I have opened a contract with MTN recently. I am with another service provider and have never ever had any dealings with MTN. Now I have found out that someone opened an account in my name, with my ID number and has racked up a bill of almost R10 000!! I am in complete shock and just shocked and disgusted at how MTN can let something like this happen and go so far! I need someone to contact me ASAP to advise as to what will be done to sort this matter out! I have been informed that the contract is now with your legal department! I have tried getting through to your department to NO AVAIL!
