On the 15/05/2013 I lodged a complaint, I received a response from Cell C saying Sipho will help me. Since then I have not received an email, sms, or a phone call regarding my complaint. I am disgusted in the bad service from Cell C and I am extremely upset that there has not been any follow up on my complaint. Y is it so hard to get help with Cell C, Y must one struggle and fight for service with Cell C this is not on at all. My e-mail [Email Removed]
