SIM swap has taken more than a week to delive

Hi

My name is Warren Sher and I represent Bnei Akiva South Africa.

One of our employees lost her sim card 083 225 3713. I ordered a sim swap last tuesday and it is now Wednesday the next week and it still has not been delivered

Cyril Xulu and Cheryl Bharnard have been assisting me. Apparently the SIM was sent to the couriers but the Couriers have not delivered.

Please can this urgently be resolved.
