NO RESPONSE TO SIM CARD SWOP FROM MTN

On the evening of April 30th, an MTN employee without my authorization and illegally did a remote sim card swop on my phone. This information i was given by MTN Sandton who even confirmed the name of the employee who had logged into their system from their MTN Brooklyn branch and done this fraudently act. When this person did this, i was unaware because i now was not able to get any sms messages from my bank ABSA that simultaneously had this swop been done, someone went into my account, cleaned out my whole credit card facility, transferred the amount into my current account and then created a false beneficiary and transferred the money into a Capitec account in Brooklyn. The amount they is R90100 which is a huge amount. I have submitted affadavits, police reports and all sorts of documentation to various people at MTN and now close to a month i have NEVER RECEIVED not even a confirmation of receipt from any source from MTN. An apology is the least they could do BUT what is more important is their DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE and the department of MTN is asleep and doesn't care. I am paying interest on my credit card account and NOONE is going after the at MTN
