ABSA, I have been victim of, refuses to pay

Unauthorised sim swop by MTN, resulted in my ABSA account defrauded R19 500, 81.

Received message on my phone Sim not provisioned for:2 on the 13th of March 2013. Went to MTN and they said a sim swop as done on my phone. I said it is impossible as I as with client and 6 of my team members at the time sim swop was done. MTN logged a call at the line. Money was transferred out of ABSA by 14:30 the same day. I did NOT receive any RVN's.

A police investigation has been launched. ABSA's response after month of investigation. It would appear you were a victim of. ABSA regrets your experience and ABSA is not liable as all disputed transactions were effected by means of your pin. FNB has advised that there are no available funds for recovery unfortunately once off.

This whole incident was started via a sim swop and ABSA claims it is because of my PIN? The sim swop authorized was without physical verification via ID/drivers licence. I am white female. Alternative number on sim swop documentation is black male. The pin and password was not given to any one. ABSA no claims they can't prove it. I can say the same how can ABSA prove that I have given it to someone, if I have not.
