2 weeks after transfer, R5000 still not reflecting

On 7 May I transferred R5000 into my credit card, from my current account. Now, more than two weeks later, I see that this amount, although deducted from my current account, is STILL not reflecting in my credit card. PATHETHIC STANDARD BANK. How many other clients are you also fleecing like this? People out there, please be wary when dealing with this bank. And obviously they will be charging me interest on this amount that is owing on my credit card.
