POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY SIM CARD AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO BUY A NEW SIM CARD FOR THEM TO DO A SIM SWAP FOR 5 MONTHS ALREADY AND THEY TELL ME THEY CAN DELIVER THE SIM CARD TO ME AT A COST OF R150 AND THEIR SIM CARD ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SHOPS. YESTERDAY DAY I MANAGED TO GET 1 BUT NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME WITH A SIM SWAP SO I NEED TO DO THAT MYSELF AND NOW THEY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THE AIRTIME THAT THEY FORFEITED AFTER 3 MONTHS OF NON USE AND I NEED TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT OF AIRTIME SUPPLIER SO THAT THEY DON'T DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE CAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE SIM SO MY AIRTIME WILL FOREVER BE FORFEITED, I WAS ON THE CALL FOR 2 HOURS BEING PUT FROM PILLAR TO POST AND NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME OR THEY KEEP ON PUTTING ME TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT OF WHICH WITH NO LUCK I COULDN'T BE TRANSFER UNTIL I HANGED THE PHONE. I CALLED AGAIN AND NOW THE NEW SIM THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THEY CANNOT TRACE IT ON THEIR SYSTEM I NEED TO GO AGAIN AND BUY A NEW SIM CARD AGAIN. THIS IS VERY IRRITATING AND FRUSTRATION WHEN YOU CANNOT GET HELP. PLEASE HELP ME.
