Cell C
Been trying to do a sim swap since december 2012

I lost my phone on the 24th December 2012. I have been trying to do a simswap ever since with no luck with with cell C. Each time ive spoken to them they say that the matter will be sorted within 24 hours. They now tell me that they will only give me 3 months airtime and not all the airtime that was meant to go onto that sim card all these months. I have been paying even though i havent had the sim card. My name is Mirriam Shabalala
