POOR CUSTOMER CARE (IN FACT LACK THEREOF)

I'm on an MTN contract (which is currently active, I took it for a blackberry with all the social media access and unlimited internet). I have recently become fed-up with the Blackberry nonsense and decided that yesterday I'll go to a branch in Fourways Crossing to settle the remaining 3 months on it and close it. GUESS WHAT... they told me to call an 808 number (after the special drive to a branch..they don't even offer to call that stupid number in-store). When I got home I tried that number 5 times not even once get through to a consultant, all you hear are these endless offers/advertisements etc. On all 5 attempts, approximately10mins lapsed on each try without a consultant answering; 2 times I actually got automatically disconnected and the other 3 times I actually gave up thinking perhaps a 'fresh call' would yield a better outcome. EVENTUALLY, I went onto the site [URL Removed] and I could not find any avenue through which I could lodge/file my complaint/query. All I had available to me for communication was the option of finding out whether or not I qualify for an upgrade; I requested one now I'm waiting for their call so I can tell them to CANCEL THE CONTRACT!
