I have upgraded my contract since it was due for an upgrade from a BlackBerry to the new Samsung S4, but my 1GB data bundle and free sms are no where to be seen, i am being changed close to R15pm per minute every time i am connected to the internet and have called the call canter on a number of times to query that what ever happened to my 1GB of free data. i am at the end of my wits to cancel this contract. the reference number i got from a consultant 2weeks ago for an escalation still not resolved ref 305290
