I have HAD IT!! I have reported the same ing error for the last 5 months. I have had the call centre promise they would call me back after work after using my work number not my cell number, I AM STILL WAITING. I have replied to every stupid email social media has sent to me about my problem, sent my modem specs, sent details. NO king reply, CHECK YOUR SPAM in case. I have now bought a 12 gig program and guess what, it got corrupted because of your DNS which your call centre DON'T even know what it is. I was even recommended and anti-maleware program thinking it was something to do with a virus, ridiculous, the maleware program turned out to be a malicious program itself according to google. Had more pop-ups while trying to use gmail and it keeps cutting out
I am part of legal wise and am now pursuing, I need someone to CALL ME! 5 MONTHS OF PAYING FOR INTERNET THAT DOES NOT WORK!! I can use all my bandwidth for downloads and NOTHING WORKS and ONLY with 8ta. my fault number, it is still open, find it yourself! I DEMAND HELP, or let me out this king contract! My mobile number is in this report, its been in all, i don't want anyone saying it was WRONG!!
